Retort Operator Training - WATER SPRAY (STATIC) (TCAL-003)


Description
A water spray retort uses a heated water circulation/spray system to process the containers of product. This course focuses on "static" water spray retorts, meaning that the retort does not rotate or move the baskets of containers while processing. Chapters 1-6 will provide a general understanding of retorts and how they work, why they are used, and how to do your job as a retort operator. Chapter 7-9 will provide a general understanding of static water spray retorts and how they are designed, how they operate in detail, what records you should keep regarding them, and how to handle deviations.
You will have 30 days to complete this course once it is started.
